and folk art master Lyudmila Smolyakova

Smolyakova is a Trypillian ceramics
reconstruction artist, a member of the
National Union of Folk Art Masters of
Ukraine. She participates in almost every
exhibition, dedicated to the revival of the
folk arts in general and Trypillian culture arts
in particular, in Ukraine, Russia, Poland,
Germany, Scotland, Greece, Japan, the USA,
China. In 2012 International Academy of
Rating Technologies and Sociology Golden Fortune awarded Lyudmila
Smolyakova with diploma and medal of Labour Glory. Thanks to Lyudmila
Smolyakova the first museum of reconstruction Amazing world of Trypillian
culture was founded in Kyiv. Around 3 000 reconstructions of Trypillian
ceramics, were created using the information obtained during archaeological
researches, and are currently presented in the museum. In 2016 Lyudmila
Smolyakova created TRYPILLYA GROUP trademark in order to produce
goods that popularize Trypillian culture.
Enactus is an international non-profit organization that unites students,
teachers and businesses that use the power of entrepreneurial action to improve
the living standards of people with different needs and to save the environment.
Enactus KNEU team is the team of enthusiastic students who use the theory
learned at the university and create social projects. We are active youth who do
not waste their time and try to improve the world through their social projects.
Our team has won Ukrainian competition 2 times in 2014 and 2015 and
participated in Enactus World Cups in China and South Africa. We are always
open to cooperation, therefore we kindly invite you to join us and change the
world with us!
The idea of dissemination Tripoli culture appeared on the basis of the
cooperation with folk master Lyudmila Ivanovna Smolyakova. During the
project there were created the permanent exhibition of Tripoli culture in the
museum of KNEU. In addition, Lyudmila Ivanovna carried out a range of
master classes on clay modeling of trypilliyan figures for students, who have
ensured cooperation with local Valeocenter of Bobryshev, in which elderly
people use technique of pottery for recovery and conducting the active way of
life. Our students have organised series of educational master classes for
members of Valeocenter, and have shared their experience of carrying out art
therapy. The tool for popularization of Tripoli culture and the source of creating
additional income for elderly people were corporate events for the famous
international consulting companies such as KPMG and E&Y organized by
sudents' team. Executing the project our team managed to improve the quality
of people's life and to create new opportunities for development for 200 students
and 70 elderly people.

Also in the framework of the project, in cooperation with the company


"KPMG" and the Kiev Botanical garden. M. M. Grishka was created the
landscape composition of the Trypillian culture near the main building of Kyiv
National Economic University. We also conducted an art therapy in sculpting
for the children of migrants from Donbass in collaboration with the international
Foundation "Caritas Ukraine" and charity fund "Bo svoi". During this therapy
children immersed in cozy atmosphere of creativity and were able to deepen
their knowledge about Trypillian culture.
In the spring of 2016 participants of "Enactus kneu team" together with
students of the Faculty of Regional Economics KNEU and Smolyakova
Lyudmila Ivanovna, took part in the celebration of the day of Kyiv and
conducted master classes and exhibition of Trypillian products in Kyoto Park.
During the exhibition the team met with the deputy of the Ukrainian city council
- Ogarkova Svetlana Volodymyrivna. She shared her impressions about the
villages, wich are directly related to the Trypillian culture: Trypillia, Halepya
and Vitachiv. The result of the meeting was the creation of the new tourist route
" Tripilskiy Misytats", which is based on a bike route. It is starting from the
city Ukrainianka and goes through the villages of Tripoli, Halepya, Vitachiv and
Scherbanivka. This places have beautiful landscapes and energy of Tripillyan
culture. The team has also developed a tourist symbol for the route "Tripilskiy
Month" and implemented the production of souvenir products - cups with
trypylian symbols.

During the first run on the newly created route, the participants traveled
over 50 km in some places of the Ukrainian district. On the final point of the
route in the village Vitachev, with migrant from Crimea, Alina and local
villagers there was held a master-class in painting of eco-bags with trypylian
subjects, and also a master class in sculpting trypylian figures.
As a result, our team managed to create a competitive model that develops
the vast tourist potential of the region, based on the idea of Trypillian culture.
Moreover, we ensured the improving economic well-being for 7 residents in
every village along the tourist route as well as for the residents of Ukrainka city
by means of creating new opportunities to sell souvenirs and snacks to cycling
tourists. These projects have received confirmation of compliance to global
goals of the United Nations.

In Autumn 2016 at Kiev National Economic University was held a


roundtable "Tripillya: the civilization of creators" in which the President of
Ukraine 2005-2010., Founder and Head of the Institute of the President Viktor
Yushchenko's named "Strategic initiatives" - Viktor Yushchenko took part, who
spoke about the importance of Tripoli culture and its role in Ukrainian rebirth.
Viktor has been actively supporting our project and sharing the information
about it within the business and the political communities.
Our Team is working on expanding the practice of exhibitions of the
Trypillian ceramics' reconstructions in different locations in Ukraine, including
at the International Airport Boryspil, and all over the world. Implementing the
idea will promote the image of an international center of flights and increase the
number of its clients, and will help to form positive popularization of State
Ukraine brand among the citizens of other countries.
