Generation 2012 universal ovens are available October 2012.

Whatever you want to perform: material tests, ageing of computer chips, run
complex experiments with highly sensitive loads, drying or tempering electronic
components, hardening plastic resin or heating plasticine. Our U universal
oven stands for unparalleled precise, even and gentle temperature control.

Temperature range up to +300 C

The fittings of this heating and drying oven are practically-oriented, their programme
functions are designed for a wide variety of applications, and even when used
intensively, our all-rounder made of stainless steelloses nothing in shine or in
reliability. From 32 models, expandable with convenient, approved and tested
accessories, you will easily find the heating oven ideally suited to your needs.
According to your application the two model variants SingleDISPLAY and
TwinDISPLAY cover all requirements of thermal safety, precision and quality
assurance.

In accordance with the German Law on Medical Products (Directive 93/42/EEC),

the UF/UFplus heating ovencan be used to heat up non-sterile clothes and covers.

65 years of permanent development work, as well as numerous amounts of feedback

from practical experience, are embodied in each heating oven:
Almost exclusive use of high-quality, corrosion-resistant and easily
cleanable stainless steel for the working chamber and housing
Heating concept adapted to the specific product for a precise and homogenous
temperature control independent of chamber volume and load

12880: 2007-05

Inline capability
Fully automatic control of the hardening process of lead frames and adhesive connections
or of the tempering of components with the pass-through oven UFP 800 TS.
Drying oven for quick and gentle vacuum drying
The one and only vacuum oven with digital pressure control makes programming of
pressure/vacuum cycles easy.
Quality assurance in the humidity chamber
Due to the almost unlimited programming of temperature control profiles, the Memmert
humidity chamber HCP provides the ideal environments for the chamber load.

Ageing of cables and wires

In the quality lab of a worldwide renownedautomotive supplier cables and wires undergo
a strict ageing test in the heating oven.
Drying filter membranes in the drying oven
The technical cleanliness of functionally relevant components is a central factor in quality
management in the automotive industry. For standard-compliant testing of residual
contamination, a Memmert drying oven in the mobile laboratory is in use almost
constantly.
Conditioning of cement, mortar, concrete
Before numerous material tests are performed in the cement-bound building materials
team of the German BAM, the samples are conditioned in a cooled incubator IPP, a drying
oven and a CTC climatic test chamber from Memmert.
