INDEMNITY DEED

This DEED OF INDEMNITY executed this, the 8 th day of March 2017 BETWEEN Andhra
Cultural Centre Museum, South Usman Road, Chennai hereinafter called the
INDEMNIFIER(which term shall mean and include all their executors, representatives,
assignees, etc.) of the ONE PART and The Tanjore Cultural Heritage Society, Tanjore hereinafter
called the INDEMNITY HOLDER(which term shall mean and include all theirexecutors,
representatives, assignees, etc.) of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS the indemnity holder is the absolute owner of the property consisting of three
paintingsmore fully described in the schedule hereunder having acquired the same from
Archeological Department of India in 1908 as a national treasure.

WHEREAS the indemnity holderindemnifies the said property consisting of three paintings,
more fully described in schedule hereunder, for the purpose of international art exhibition.

WHEREAS the indemnifier has produced the necessary certificates required by the said
indemnity holder.

WHEREAS the said indemnity holder has agreed to relieve the three painting for a period of 6
months to the indemnifier on they executing this indemnity bond as herein contained.

NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES THAT IN CONSIDERATION OF the indemnity holder having
agreed to be indemnified and the indemnifierproducing the necessary certificates further the
indemnity holder has agreed to relieve the three painting for a period of 6 months to the
indemnifier on they executing this indemnity bond as herein contained.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property in the schedule by the indemnifier absolutely and
forever and without any encumbrance of whatsoever nature for six months.

THAT the vendor and purchaser hereby mutually covenant as follows:

1. In consideration of the above the said sum of Rs. 50000/- (Fifty thousand rupees only)
now to be paid to the indemnity holder on the assurance of the indemnifier as to the
protection and indemnity against any possible claim by any person or persons
whomsoever, the indemnity holder do hereby and hereunder covenant and agree with the
indemnifier and at all times keep indemnified and to save and hold harmless the said
indemnity holder, its officers, and agents from all actions, claims, demands, liabilities
losses, damages, costs charges, and expenses in all respects that may be advanced against
or incurred by the indemnity holder in respect of or by reason of the payment of the
amount to the indemnity holder.

IN WITNESS WHERE OF, the parties hereto have set their hands on this, the 8 th day of March,
2017.
