DECORATION COMMITTEE REPORT

1.0 Introduction
I have been appointed to become the decoration committee in this semester.
My duties and responsibilities are as follow:
1 Decorate the class.
2 Prepare the organization chart.
3 Prepare a column for notices.

2.0 Activities Carried Out

The activities that have been carried out are as follow:
2.1 Prepare the organization chart.
2.2 Make sure the decoration will not fall down.
2.3 Prepare a column for notices.

3.0 Problem faced

The problems that I faced were:
3.1 I put less effort in decorating the class.
3.2 We moved to a new classroom and there were some leftover double
sided-tape on the wall.

4.0 Future Improvements

To overcome the above problem, I have some suggestions.
4.1 I should put more effort in decorating the class.
4.2 I should do some research about the correct way of removing the
leftover double sided tape on the wall.

5.0 Conclusion
I would like to express my greatest appreciation for the cooperation from my
partner, Yii Wan Jiun. I still have rooms for improvement to perform well in
my duty and I believe the next decoration committee will do better than me.
