month before the contract end for contract
renewal. The 2nd year contract will be adjustable
according to the permission.
The shop ( premise ) must be in good condition and
anything loss will be charge to the tenant
thoroughly.

SECTION Rental The monthly rental for first one ( 1 ) year

( RM 1400.00 ).
