Om Interchem is leading manufacturer and exporter of Acid Dyes in India. We have 3 production units
running 24 x 7 with full of their capacity to produce 750 MT per annum. Out of which 2 units are
especially dedicated to produce Acid Browns with an accumulated capacity of 400MT Acid Browns
around the year.
In the past 3 years, Om Interchem has emerged as Leading Supplier of Acid Browns with an Annual
Sales Turnover has reached to whopping Rs.150 Million and more than 16 New Products has been
introduced in Portfolio.
After the beginning as a small contract manufacturer, we have now grown to capabilities of Serving
More than 16 Countries around the Globe. Our products are highly appriciated by our valued

 PRODUCTION CAPABILITIES Om Interchem have reached the mark of producing 750 MT per annum
with the establishment of most modern plant & machineries. Om Interhcem is well equipped with a
high-tech Spray Dryer, large capacity vessels & Reverse Osmosis Plant (Ultra filtration) which enables
in the production of high concentration salt free dyes. We have separate plants for each product
category which has been equipped with sophisticated production machineries to ensure timely
production and delivery.

 Dyeing method for acid levelling dyes on wool

Method 1
At A set bath at 50° with:
4% Sulphuric Acid (96%)
5% Glaubers Salt anhydrous,
pH 2.5 to 3.5
At B add required amount to dyestuff.

Method 2
At A set bath at 50° with:
2% Formic Acid (85%)
5% Glaubers Salt anhydrous,
pH 3.5 to 4.5
At B add required amount of dye.
At C add 2% Sulphuric Acid (96%) or 2% Formic Acid (85%).
Thoroughly rinse after dyeing to remove loose colour.
Dyeing Process for Metal Complex Dyes on Wool and Leather

At A set bath at 50° with

2 gl Sodium Acetate
pH5.0 with Acetic Acid
1% Neutrasol LEV.
At B add Duralan Dyes
Thoroughly rinse after dyeing to remove any loose colour. In full depths the use of fixative such as Azofix NF is recommended.

• Run 20 min
• 1.0gl Penetrant/Levelling agent
• Run 10 min
• X gl Duramine Fur Dye
• Run 45 min
• 0.5gl Acetic Acid
• Run 30 min
• 0.5gl Formic Acid
• Run 30 min
• Wash Off

accepted parameters. Our products comply with the German Consumer Goods Ordinance for Banned Amines and don’t release reductive
cleavage MAK!!! A1/A2 amines as listed in the ordinance.

We realise that its future lies in providing superior quality products consistently. In order to satisfy our customers by pr oviding
them with world-class products, we have established a comprehensive quality assurance system with the support of a state -of-the-
art QC and R&D laboratory which is playing a very important role in new product development, technology up gradation
and process development to reduce the cost of production, to improve the quality and productivity. To achieve these objective s,
the lab has sophisticated analytical instruments for exhaustive analysis and a qualified staff for research work.

ENVIORNMENT Care for environment and welfare of the people are some of the major concerns of our organization. And towards
achieving this goal, the Company has set up a well equipped ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) with the help of Reverse Osmosis System, to
recycle the discharged water in to a re-usable form. The ETP plant is competent enough to cope up with the Company's future expansion
plans for several years to come.
