Universal Contractor Pvt.Ltd. New Delhi (June2016-till date)

Site Engineer for Escalator in Universal Contractor Pvt. Ltd. DMRC Project New
Delhi (India):

Delhi Metro is the worlds 12th largest metro system in term of both length and number of
stations. A member of NOVA group of metros, the network consists of five color-coded regular
line and the fastest Airport Express line, with a total length of 213 kilometers serving 160
stations
Installation, assembling and commissioning of more than 10 escalator.
Prepare sited prior to the commencement of hosting work.
Assembling and de-assembling of escalator as per client instruction.
Handling all phase i.e. chain,track, wire,cable ,leveling,skirt,ball-strait,cladding,cable
connecting ,site profile etc.
Carrying out inspection and handling over of escalator installation project.
Coordinating with contractor and client for facing problem.
Maintaining a team of 30 member including manager.
Plan project and ensure that it meets agreed specification, budget and timescale.
Checking and preparing site reports, design and drawing.
Liasing with client and reporting progress, professional staff and the public supervising
contracted staff.
Scheduling work to be carried out to ensure targets are achieved.
Making safety inspection and ensuring construction and site safety.
Maintaining quality control procedures.
Testing and commissioning of escalator.
