Selamat pagi, hormat saya bapak atau ibu dewan sekalian, sebelumnya

perkenalkan nama saya Alisia Bakata saya berasal dari daerah konoha jalan Ninja
Nomer 5, sekarang saya kuliah disalah satu perguruan tinggi negeri yang berada di
daerah yang bapak pimpin saat ini. Kemarin saya sudah mendengar mengenai
keputusan bapak untuk menutup salah satu simpang yang ada di jala lebar daun
karna diangga menjadi penyebab kemacetan di daerah tersebut. Saya sangat
menyayangkan dan juga merasa kecewa atas keputusan bapak menutup simpang
tersebut karna dengan di tutupnya simpang tersebut hal pertama yang terjadi
adalah banyak orang yang harus memutar arah dengan jarak sampai puluhan
kilometer untuk bisa tiba di tujuan mereka karna jarak yang cukup jauh itu
membuat masyarakat mengalamai kerugian dalam waktu perjalanan.
Persimpangan lebar daun memang dianggap sudah lama menjadi akar dari
kemacetan di daerah tersebut tetapi tentunya tidak sembarangan untuk dapat
mengatasi masalh tersebut, tentunya tidak sembarangan seperti dengan menutup
simpang tersebut, jika bapak memang berniat memecahkan kemacetan di daerah
persimpangan lebar daun pertama yang harus bapak lakukan adalah mengetahui
apa penyebab kemacetan tersebut tentunya dengan ,melakukan survey lalulintas
untuk mengetahui volume dan kepadatan jalan salah satu solusi menurut saya
pribadi adalah dengan pembangunan fly over atau under pass di jalan tersebut
sehngga bisa membelah kemacetan di jalan simpang lebar daun dan juga
menjadikannya lebih terkontrol dan rapi.
