Included with each is as follows:

1. Food vending fee includes the following:

two power outlets, two tables and two chairs.

2. Barbeque vending fee includes the following:

two power outlets, one table, and two chairs.

3. Arts and Craft, and Corporate fees include the following:

one table, one power outlet, and two chairs.

Vendors are not allowed to connect any extension cord to their power outlets. Vendors
requiring extra power outlets must identify this in this contract. The fee for each extra
power outlet is fifteen dollars ($15.00), any violation will void this contract without
refund.

5. We request that vendors limit the price of their food combinations to contracted prices.
We also request that vendor provide the festival a brief write up and a photograph of their
main dish [for promotion in the festival].

6. Clean Up: Vendors must take down their setup and clear the site at 8:30pm on Sunday,
July 23rd 2017.

7. It is hereby agreed that the vendor will take part in the Africa Festival of Arts and Culture
(AFRIFEST) 2017, organized by the Africa Festival of Arts and Culture Society, by
paying the fees identified in items 4 & 6b [a non-refundable fee to the Africa Festival of
Arts and Culture Society]. The food vendor is solely responsible for obtaining all
necessary food permit and necessary license.

8. Please note: This contract must be filled, signed and return with all fees paid by June 23rd
2017.
