Location: G.PASCUAL/PNR COMPOUND and PCY area
NOTE: This document is to be accomplished to ensure the activity is complete and housekeeping is done prior to handover to the
succeeding activity. The Superintendent in charge of the work shall be responsible for getting each Supervisor check their work areas
and affix their signature herein once satisfactory assessment is achieved.

Leadman Electrical

[ Gracilito Ga )

The Electrical Foreman or Electrical Lead man is responsible for the supervision of work
activities assigned to him. In executing the task, he is responsible that works will be done
in safety manner adhering to LCALs rules and procedures. This includes:

Leading and conducting daily pre-start meetings discuss tasks ahead;


Conducting TAKE-5 practice on works and areas under his control every day;
Assigning individual or group tasks to workers who are competent and capable to do the
task at hand;
Cleaning and tidying up work areas with all access / emergency routes clear of
obstructions;
Using of equipments or Electrical Tools properly in executing the works and timely notice
to equipment personnel unsafe equipment condition;
Reporting incidents and/or accidents promptly to agree with SM and WS corrective
actions;
Ensuring workers under his group wear required PPEs all the time; and
Stopping work or activity posing impending incident;

Specific to crosshead tempfacil electrical works, the Supervisor shall ensure that the
following MAJOR controls in addition to standard Class One practice shall be incorporated
into the works. This shall be minimum requirements which will be assessed during activity
inspection and handover headed by the crosshead Superintendent before succeeding
activity can commence.

TEMPFACIL- ELECTRICAL CONTROL


ACTIVITY
Assembling of Flood Safety harness and complete PPE shall be

desired color coding.

LCAL safety standards.
Installation of DPB/Dist. Ensure a correct size of CB and cables prior to
Boxes; wiring from Gensets, installation.
DPB; DB to Lightings and Ensure to terminate or connect on a desired
Power Points. ELCB size and circuit arrangements.
Ensure that ELCB shall be set on 30ma
sensitivity to prevent potential incidents.
Ensure to provide cable glands; terminal lugs;
ELCB/RCD on the panel boards.
Ensure proper equipment grounding systems are
in place.

Conduct routine inspection after energizing the
flood lights.
Ensure all ELCB are fully tested and in good
working order.

Carryout routine inspections on fixtures and


cables to ensure the integrity or maintain on good
working condition.

Periodic Inspection of Ensure to wear a complete PPE (High Voltage


ELCBs/RCD/MCCB Gloves and etc.)
Ensure that the ELCB tester must have
calibration Cert. updated.
No testing without JHA; LOTO and Work Permit.
Carryout testing by using ELCB/RCD tester and
manual testing.
Ensure to list down the result as per generated
standard form and keep on records.
