Basic Maintenance Grease Instructions


DAILY Hammer Paste MUST be used
Properly grease hammer every two hours Manual Grease Cartridge: 130-6951
Inspect hoses, all bolts, pins, and tool A band of fresh hammer past must be present at all times right
WEEKLY (OR Every 50 Machine Hours) outside the lower bushing on the tool
Check Bushing and Tool Wear and replace parts if necessary. Hammer must be in upright position with down force on tool
Compare measurements to specs in OMM. 10-15 pumps in grease fitting
Remove burrs from Tool Pin Slot with hand grinder Every two hours or hourly in extreme conditions
Charge Back Head
MONTHLY (OR Every 100 Machine Hours) Missing
Inspect buffers for any excessive damage or cracks Fitting
Check all bolts and nuts for correct torque
Perform Weekly or 50 Hour Checks
ANNUAL SERVICE (OR Every 600 Machine Hours)
Hammer to be completely disassembled and all parts inspected
Missing
New seals and membrane to be installed
Check Ball
Accumulator and Back Head Charged

50 Hour or Weekly Back Head Charge Procedure


Apply Downforce Inspect Grease Fittings
50 Hour or Weekly Bushing and Tool Check

Use Template to Check Clearance


Measure Tool and Bushing diameters if clearance is too large
Hammer 90 Deg. to Do NOT Pry/Side Load 15 Seconds MAX in Dot NOT Sweep or Excavate with Do NOT Operate Hammer Under
