Facilitated the transition between an experiential kindergarten and first grade for a group
of 45 students.
Led a math intervention group, using TouchMath to establish math foundations for six
first grade students, including small group instruction and frequent progress monitoring.
Collaborated with the first-grade team to plan for instruction.
Administered assessments, executed individualized behavior plans and supported
classroom teacher in management of all students.
Proficient in Seesaw, a digital portfolio tool, and many other tech based learning tools
