design is an ideal tool for organizational success. The inputs to organizational design
will have equal priority and role to play for the success of organization. The first and very
important step in organizational design is organizational environment which helps to
understand the basic working environment and situations for the implementation of
strategy. Human resources also plays a crucial role in success of organization by the
effective use of available resources. Human resources works closely with employees by
conducting some activities and performance analysis on frequent basis, which helps

Yes, we can see culture everywhere within an organization. In most of organizations, we will see a
diverse culture. Diverse culture can be defined as the way they think,feel and behave towards other co-
workers and towards the objective on which they are working. Culture in an organization helps
the organizations to keep up with socialization, empowerment and better performance of the objective.
Leaders can shape the organizational culture by means it will help the organization to utilize their diverse
resources up to optimal limits. It is not a easy task for leaders to work with diverse work groups in the
organization. Leader has to create structural way to make the groups to interact and collaborate to with
each other, to share their ideas. It is an important phase in decision making, so that they can come to

mentioned, it is not a easy job for a leader to shape the organizational culture. On the
other hand, it is very crucial for an organizational development. Leader has to
counterpart all these challenges for the beneficiary of organization. For example, If we
consider our class, we have a diverse culture. When, we are making the teams with four
or members. The team members will have different thoughts and opinions to work on
the same objective. Every one in the team will act as leader, coming to common
