All resistance readings should be one megohm or greater for each


measurement. If any reading is less than one megohm, the circuit
breaker should be replaced or the manufacturer should be consulted
before restoring the circuit breaker to service. Any reading less than one SAES-P-116

megohm may indicate contaminated, flawed, or cracked insulating Sec. 3.2
