Introduction:
Accordingfromastatisticin2014,therewasmorethan9,900tons/day
ofgarbagesinBangkok,whichonlycaneradicatetomakefertilizersabout
1,200tonsorapproximately13%inoneday.Theremaingarbagesorthe
other87%,theywereeliminatedonlybysanitarylandfillclosures.The
statisticshowsthattheeffectiveofeliminatinggarbagesinBangkokisinlow
level.Furthermore,therewerefewtrashesthatareabletoberecycled,and
therestofgarbagesalsowerepushedawayfromthecapital.Eventhough
theeliminationprocessesareclean,therearemanydisadvantagessuchas
peoplewholivenearbyareaffectedfromtrashespollutionthatarenot
abolishproperly.
Moreover,themanagementandtheprocessesofpublicsectordonot
harmonizewiththetrashdistinguishmentinhousehold.Wecanseethat
whenagarbagetruckcomesandcollectsgarbages,theyjustgatheralltypes
ofgarbagestogether,eventhoughpeopledistinguishtypesofgarbages.
Accordingtothisproblem,actually,thegovernmenthadsolvedit
beforebyinvestigatingtheareasthathaveflooding,andthendredge
garbagefromthedrain.Also,theyhaddonethecampaignforpeopletohave
aconsciousnesstolitterintherightplace.Inaddition,themunicipaloffice
haddetectedthepeoplelitteringinthewrongplace.Also,accordingfrom
thestatute31,litteringinthepublicplacewillresultinafinenomorethan
2000Baht.Fromthestatute33,litteringontheroadorcanalwillresultina
finenomorethan10000Baht.

Objective:
Theobjectiveofthisprojectproposalisto invent robots that standby
near every floodgate in the eastern area of Bangkok to collect garbages
before it gets stuck in the floodgate to prevent all the trashes from blocking
thewaterway.
