Designed, welded, and fabricated flow racks, turn tables, subassembly tables and lineside racks used on both
main assembly lines to improve the performance and ergonomics of line stations
Created equipment and machinery assessments, and estimates of over $1 million for engineering trim
Generated and revised current station time studies and flow charts for man-machine stations
Conducted and frequently participated in meetings with engineers and team leaders
Helped design and assemble critical jigs for major production parts and processes to 2 mm specifications

Manufacturing Engineering Subaru of Indiana Automotive Inc. Lafayette, IN Summer 2015

Reconstructed, updated, and reduced the file size of the 1.2 million square feet plant master layout
Orchestrated the design and creation of crates, racks, line-side carts, and line balances to better improve the
tact time to save 6 seconds of tac-time for two specific line stations
Designed equipment and electrical layouts throughout the Trim Section of the plant
Applied creative problem solving in Process and Facility engineering departments during an expansion period

Construction F.J.E. Inc. Lafayette, IN Summer 2011- 2014

Constructed 3 houses, a church and partook in a 40,000 square foot addition to nursing facility
Supervised a framing crew during the construction period

Proficient in AutoCad, Inventor, Solid Works, Maple, and MatLab
