You are to identify an international project (preferably completed).

Give an overview
of the development of the project and the different interfaces connected with the
project. Highlight the major operational and management challenges that were
associated with its development. (Provide reference to your sources of project information).

If you were to be the Risk Analyst employed for the project, make an assessment of
all risk items (for the host country only) connected with the project using the IPRA
Structure and Assessment Sheet* developed for similar purpose. At the end of your
risk evaluation, select two (2) risk items from each evaluation category and describe
how you would manage those risks items on your chosen international project.
