Executive Summary :

Nowadays the Indonesian goverment try to implentent the national insurance for the
people of Indonesia. The health system that cover is called BPJS. Since the cover rate ratio
very high so the goverment try set a boundries for claim the coverage itself. The traffic
accident in Indonesia very high The BPJS try to become more selective on giving protection.
They will cover all the drivers that involve in the accident if they are follow the safety
equipment and road regulation. Those drivers who doesnt wear safety equipment like helmet
and disobey the road regulation wont cover by the BPJS.
In this group we focus on discuss a problem that common happend in the hospital
with the BPJS service that The unprotection driver which is involve in the traffic accident
doesnt cover by the BPJS. A few rules and regulation about BPJS also will discuss about
how to implement a goods health service by using BPJS in the community which is related to
the traffic accident.
Goverment is trying to set up a good system to cover all indonesian health service.
The service maybe now still far from perfect or ideal but hopefully the goverment able to
create the system with a better service and protection. The role from the paramedics, national
health insurance system and the goverment is very important in order to give a good health
service to the society.

AIM:
The aim we discuss this topic is to know a few problem that we often face in the
society that related to the social problem during the implementation of the national health
insurance that given by the goverment called BPJS. An insurance that initiated by the
goverment should be cover all the disease that the society occur, whether it is cause by the
accident or the health problem that related to the failure of our body work normally.
The low society especially who got accident by using motorcycle are not covered by
BPJS insurance if they are not using safety equipment properly like helmet. We know that the
low society is need more protection. The low society usually using motorcycles. They usually
do not using safety equipment and drives carelessly because their low education. If they got
accident unfortunately they will not cover by the BPJS because of their carelessness.
