terbentuknya reactive oxygen spesies (ROS). ROS merusak membran lipid melalui
serangkaian reaksi kimia yang disebut peroksidasi lipid. Malondialdehid (MDA)
mol/L. Perbedaan secara statistik tidak bermakna (p = 1).

ABSTRACT
Introduction. Less physical activity is one causes of the risk degenerative diseases,
especially cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, and diabetic type 2.
Physical anaerobic activity can provide positive benefits to the body when done
regularly. In addition to the positive benefits of anaerobic physical activity also
have a negative impact, for example formed lactic acid and free radicals, because
exercise is a stressor for the body that can affect all systems. Free radicals are
formed due to the lipid peroxidation which is characterized by the formation of
reactive oxygen species (ROS). ROS damage the lipid membrane through a series
of chemical reactions called lipid peroxidation. Malondialdehyde (MDA) can be
measured to determine their destruction by free radicals after lipid peroxidation
occurs. This study aims to identify and analyze the relationship between physical
activity anaerobic blood malondialdehyde levels.
Results. The Avarage of blood MDA before physical anaerobic activity was 28,66
mol/L and after physical anaerobic activity was 28,86 mol/L. The difference of
average was 0,2 mol/L and p value = 1 (p > 0,05).
Conclusion. There was difference not significant the level of blood MDA at student
of faculty medicene of Unsri before and after anaerobic physical activity.
