What is Summer CEEDer?
As an AIESEC in Romania member, you will be able
to go on an exchange and do a CEEDership either
during, before or after the IXP, based on the LC.

There are 5 JDs; 4 of which are released. The

Summer CEEDer is only applicable to the following
opportunities.
 InteGREAT is a project that aims to connect young people from all over the world to act upon the
current refugees crisis by fostering their integration in our local communities and by providing
them with tools to take an active role in the European society. The role of the volunteers will be to
work together in groups to execute different already existing activities and they will also be
provided the opportunity to plan new ones according to their own interests.

Key activities:
Lead English language lessons
Organise activities to engage the children in the reception centre
Support other external organisations in their activities inside the reception centre
Support other external organisations in their activities inside the reception centre
Enhance cross-cultural understanding - especially to Nordic/European culture
Supporting the NGO
Co-facilitating English and Finnish classes for immigrants
Event management for the NGO

 The Gira Mundo project aims to multiply knowledge about the Sustainable Development Goals
(SDGs) in a full and practical way. Our goal is to generate citizens who are aware about the SDGs
and compromised with their fulfillment through little changes in their local reality during the
realization of the project. With that, we aim to improve the local reality by developing leadership
and world matters among kids in the NGOs of Brazil.

Key activities:
1.Working in a team open and willing to have team experience;
2.Prepare classes Prepare dynamic classes involving leadership and social entrepreneurship issues
3.Share realities - Conduct cultural and social sharing of your country
4.Group activities - Plan social projects of different themes that are possible to run.
5.Finish a project - Monitor from the beginning to the end of the project what will be developed.
Share the impact with AIESEC the results and the impact of the changes

 You will work in a Kindergarten with kids from 3-5 year old in order to help children to gain a
different perspective of cultural understanding through workshops on multicultural diversity, creative
activities or basic practice on the English language. This program aims to make it possible for children
to understand better their world around them and at the same time they will look further from
discrimination.

Key activities:
-You will present your culture to the kinds through history-mythology and fairytales.
-You will teach the kids your country's music , dances and handicrafts.
-Through organizing games and activities you will teach the kids basic english (alphabet ,
numbers).
-Your responsibility will be to boost teamwork and mutual respect through interactive
activities.
-You will be in charge for presentations concerning global issues like xenophobia and bullying.
-You will present your traditional cuisine and local food to the children.
-You will be part of the iGV local team and will support the LCs to deliver summer peak.
-Is expected from you to produce content that can beneficiate the collaboration between
Greece and Romania (videos, pictures, articles)

 Speed Up Greece is the GE project that focus in 5 qualitites of the youth: Marketing; graphic design;
web development and customer service fosuing on uilding better start-ups for Greece and open the
mentality of internacionalizng the country. AIESEC in Greece expects from you to have an
entrepreneur mind and a lot of eaggeners to work together with the start up representing the quality
of our exchange trainnes and assuring more start ups can undertand the importasce of leadership for
their county.

Key activities:
Perform market analysis on competition
Perform research on competition
Prepare promotional presentations
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
Public Relations
Help with sales B2B
Help with sales B2C
Event planning
Organize Marketing events
Work in one of the following departaments: iGV; iGET; MKT, FIN and PM
Be part of the routine of the LC and participate of meeting and conferences
