Last Friday, the pupils and teachers of Sekolah Kebangsaan

Puteri visited an old folkshome. They went there by bus. Umar and his friends were very
excited. 30 minutes later, they reached their destination. The old folks welcomed them with
open arms. Umar who is the person- in-charge divided the pupils into a few groups. Some of
them swept the floor and the others wiped the windows. A few girls fed the old folks with
some delicious homemade porridge.
They also carried out some interesting activities. They sang and danced with the old
folks. They entertained them with beautiful songs. The old folks clapped their hands. They
were very happy and enjoyed the activities.
At 4 p.m., Umar and his friends left the old folks home. They waved and shook their
hands with the old folks. They cried and hugged each other. They were very sad to leave
them. They promised to come again next time. It was an enjoyable time for everyone.
