AFFIDAVIT

I, RIZA L. MUSICO, Filipino, of legal age, married, with residence and

postal address at Zone 1A, Cararayan, Naga City, after being duly sworn to
in accordance with law, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the spouse and Attorney-in-Fact of my husband Edwin P. Musico

as I have been granted a Special Power of Attorney duly executed on
September 11, 2014 with Doc No. 1581, Page No. 272, Book No. 4,
Series of 2014 and notarized by Atty. Leo Archival I. Imperial in the
City of Naga, Camarines Sur;

2. Said Special Power of Attorney authorized me on behalf of my

husband, among others, to purchase two (2) parcels of land located in
Sibao, Calabanga Camarines Sur covered by OCT No. 3867 and OCT
No. 3873, registered under the name of Marvin Morada;

3. On account of said authority, I have signed on my husbands behalf the

Extra-Judicial Settlement of Estate With Absolute Sale for the purchase
of the aforementioned parcels of land which was executed on January
27, 2016 and notarized by Atty. C arlo C. Villanueva with
corresponding Doc. No. 466, Page No. 94, Book No. 166 and Series of
2016.

4. On said Extra-Judicial Settlement of Estate With Absolute Sale, I have

inadvertently failed to state the personal circumstances of my husband
and myself;

5. That during the execution of said instrument, I and my husband are of

legal age, Filipino, are married to each other and we are both residing
at Zone 1A, Cararayan, Naga City. A copy of our marriage certificate is
herein attached for ready reference; and

6. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing

statements and for whatever lawful purpose it may serve.
