Tirana International Airport SHPK (TIA) is seeking for a


who will report to the Manager of the Security Office of the company.

Main tasks and responsibilities of the position:

Ensure the implementation of the quality control activities related to security

Responsible to conduct security quality control activities in accordance with
national and international requirements
Conduct surveys, inspections, tests and investigations of all airport security-related
functions. Prepare respective reports on the agreed formats and timescales
Ensure that any corrective actions are taken promptly
Contribute on the update of the Quality Control Manual
Participate in security audits from national and international agencies and airlines

Requirements of the position:

Bachelor degree
Knowledge of security procedures
At least 3 years of experience in security related fields/airport operation
Effective negotiation, relationship building and influencing skills
Adept at Microsoft office software
Strong analytical skills
Ability to prepare effective written documents
Ability to organize, coordinate, prioritize works
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Upper intermediate level of English language
