3. Every Competency assessment has its own password. Passwords shall be given to
facilitators who have attended the deployment whether in NTTA or in the Regions.
Note: Do not give out the passwords to facilitators who did not attend the deployment of
TM1 materials. It is your responsibility in securing these test.
4. This test is self scoring and gives feedback whether the taker passed the
assessment or not.
5. The assessor should note down the test scores and the number of times the
trainee has taken the test on the Institutional Competency Evaluation
Record Sheet. The scores should be recorded in sequence. This record shall
serve as an input in evaluationg the reliability of the test.
6. Advice the taker not to press enter until all test items are answered or when
notified.
7. Once the trainee passed the test, an animated graphics of a clapping hand will
appear, while a crying emoticon will appear once the trainee failed or did not
meet the passing score.
8. A taker may take the assessment until he successfully pass the test or meet the
passing score. However, three(3) consecutive failures indicate that the trainee
has not gained the essential knowledge for that specific unit of competency. The
taker should be adviced to review the materials before taking the test again.
10. During the deployment, the core trainers should teach the facilitators how to use
this computer-based assessment material.
