Title : Factors Cause of Blood of Antepartum which Come From
Disparity of Placenta in RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru
Year 2008.

ABSTRACT

Direct cause of death of mother is blood (46,7%), eklamsia

(poisoned of pregnancy 14,5%), and infection (8%). Third this cause is
70% cause of death of mother. Blood frequency of antepartum about 3%
until 4% from all copies . This research aim to know percentage of factors
cause of blood antepartum coming from disparity of placenta in RSUD
Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru Year 2008.
Research type the used is quantitative with device research of
descriptive. Research conducted in RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru on 10
- 11 June 2009. Research population counted 87 blood cases of
antepartum coming from disparity of placenta with sampel counted 87
cases. Sampling Tekhnik the used is totalizing sampling.. Research
Instrument are sheet of cheklist. Data collecting by using data of sekunder.
Data processing method by editing, coding and tabulating. Data analysis
use analysis of univariat.
Research result concerning factors cause of blood of antepartum
coming from disparity of placenta in RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru year
2008 from 87 natural mother case is blood related to pregnancy pursuant
to placenta of previa amount to 68 cases (78,2%), pursuant to placenta
solusio amount to 6 cases (6,9%), and blood of antepartum the
unclearness of source of him amount to 17 cases (14,9%).
