I am really excited about the opportunity of being part of ConocoPhillips as it is the worlds largest independent
E&P Company, as it has several operations around the world. I am a chemical engineer and MSc in Oil and Gas
Engineering with distinction, graduated from the University of Aberdeen (UK).

Through my roles as production engineer I acquired a strong background regarding production optimization by
means of enhancing the process philosophy and well nodal analysis, also I conducted flow assurance analysis as
well as chemical treatment. In that sense, ConocoPhillips can boost my potential by being one of the leading
companies, holding a huge interest in the upstream industry, using cutting-edge technologies and different
approaches to ease the operations worldwide, and giving wise solutions for a better performance.

I initiated my career working in La Pampilla Refinery at Repsol (downstream industry) which gave me a good
insight into the difficulties of the oil and gas industry, and helped to deepen my understanding of complex
processes. Then, it was time to take the next step and I started to work in the Block 67 at Perenco (upstream
industry) as a Production Engineer and currently I have 4 years of strong industry experience. My aspiration is to
be capable of improving the production activities as a production engineer, as well as I feel prepared to have a
position as a facilities engineer due to my recent studies of my master.
