EXPERIENCE:
Served at various positions in Plant Maintenance Dept. of Hindustan Shipyard Ltd., for
38 years and retired as Dy. Manager (Electrical) on Superannuation.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

Successfully carried out Operation & Maintenance of 132/11 KV Main Receiving Station
of HSL since its inception in 1995.
Successfully commissioned 25yrs old 7.5 MVA 132/11 KV Power Transformer purchased
from APTRANSCO and in operation till date.
O&M of all 7 Sub-stations in HSL including O&M of 2 Nos. 1050 KVA Emergency DG
sets.
Successfully carried out Modernization of Sub-stations without interrupting Production
activities.
Replaced old interconnected cables of Sub-stations with XLPE cables.
Experience in Operation, Repair, Testing and Maintenance of all Electrical switchgear,
Transformers, HT&LT cables, Breakers, Protective devices and Sub-Station equipment.
Successfully executed various Projects in Modernization & Upgradation of Electrical
Infrastructure facilities of HSL yard including Planning, Preparation of Technical
Specifications, Tendering Scrutiny, Evaluation, Placement of orders, Execution of work
and processing of Bills.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Received Letter of Commendation from HSL Management in the year 2006 & 2009.
