Learning Priority: increasing self-help and self-care skills

One day, Ahmad was helping me folding the laundry. At first he was observing how I folded the cloths.
Then, he started to fold it. Every time I folded the cloth into half, he would compare his one to mine
to see if he was doing the right thing. A few days after that, when I was cleaning the puzzle, he offered
to fold the big puzzle sheet. Masha Allah, I was so impress with his folding skills. Ahmad has developed
his hand-eye coordination and he was able to transfer his cloth folding skills onto the big paper. In
Islam, we emphasis a lot about cleanliness because keeping ourselves clean is part of our faith.

Ahmad is such a good boy. He loves to help the teacher doing chores. I am sure he is helping his
parents at home too. In the hadith,

Rasulullah (peace be upon him) has said: Goodness towards (ones) parents is the greatest obligatory
act.

InsyaAllah this term, we will be learning about emergency service, police, ambulance and firefighter.
These job professions are few of the most important role in this world because they help people that
are in danger or at risk.
