1. Process Name
Customer Creation in C4C
1.1. Overview

Following are the steps involved in the creation of Customer

Log into C4C URL by entering the log on credentials.


In the Default Screen, in case of new customer creation, go to Quick create icon on the left hand side
of the screen
Customer will be confirmed automatically after the CTC integration in case of existing customer and
customer details will be shown.

2. Procedural Steps
2.1. Log into C4C URL & enter the credentials

2.2 Personalize Screen: The following screen appears after log in to C4C.Click on Home icon
on the left hand Side to go to the work screen. This screen will give you entire details about your
dashboard like Tickets created this month, Tickets created this week, High priority tickets, Ticket
assigned, Unassigned Tickets, My tasks etc

We can simply personalize your own Dashboard as per the requirement & demand by simply drag &
drop from top to bottom, left to right or vice versa. If you want to add more views, then simply add the
spanner button to personalize.

2.4 Account Export We can simply export the Accounts & Customer database by clicking on
Export to Microsoft Excel.

get the entire Customer
data in excel

2.5 Screen Personalize Click on Personalize option on the right hand side at the top of the screen

If you want to add any new column, click on Plus (+) button, to remove any column, click on cross
icon, Upward arrows indicates Parent Selection & last option shows the sorting & grouping by.

2.6 Notification Display Click on Notification icon from the quick create menu appears on the
left hand side of the screen showing 2 number in red colour.

This Icon shows


if there are any
notifications.

2.7 Quick Create Account: - In case of New Account creation, Quick create icon is used to create
the Account from left hand icon list

While account creation, there are some mandatory fields which are marked with star are mandatory
to fill else, system will give error.

2.8 Account Search We can search the account from any of the customer details like email, name
& address.

We can search the Account or Individual customer through filters which are shown by the Accounts
page & on every column, we can insert the filter for searching like on external id, account id, name,
city, mobile number & email id

to the Actions button & click on change image. Also, click on Block option to block the customer.
