Possible Solution
Of the three members, only two will evaluate
the students performance while one of them
will supervise the remaining students in the
classroom during the evaluation process.
Regardless of their disability, they will still
read the sentences since the evaluators are
mainly after the proper use of stress (skill)
and not pronunciation.
Consideration will be given because the
evaluators concern is primarily the welfare
of the students.
Despite the difficulty, these students will still
be instructed to read the set of sentences. In
addition, the evaluators shall take note of
their merits as well as their weak points for
future reference of the adviser.
Refresh their memory by giving some of the
standards in oral reading (e.g. rising and
falling intonation, etc.).
Advise the students prior to the start of the
evaluation to speak loud and clear.
