JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF

MARGAERY TYRELL
I, MARGAERY TYRELL of legal age, single, residing at 163
Rosal St., Quezon City, after having been duly sworn in
accordance with the law, willingly and voluntarily states the
following:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The person examining me is ATTY. JON SNOW with law

office address at Riosa St., Quinale-Cabasan, Quezon City. I am
giving my answers fully conscious that I do so under oath and I
am aware that I may face criminal liability for false testimony or
perjury for false statements made or given by me.
 OFFER OF TESTIMONY

That my testimony is being offered:

To identify a documentary evidence that is material and

relevant in herein case;

To prove that the documents, namely the SPA and Extra-

Judicial Settlement I notarized, are void as one of the
signatories, Sansa Stark, the plaintiff in this case, did not
personally appear as presentor in my office and that such
documents were subsequently altered.

Testimony:

1. Q: In what dialect would you like to be asked?

A: In English, Sir.

2. Q: Will you please state before this Honorable Court

your name and other pertinent circumstances?

A: I am Margaery Tyrell, a Notary Public in Quezon City

since 2007, when I passed the Bar Exam.

3. Q: Did you notarize a document, a Special Power of

Attorney purportedly executed by Sansa and Arya
Stark?

A: Yes I recall I notarized that document in 2009.

4. Q: When you notarized this document, did these

signatories appear before you?

A: The presentor of the document told me that the parties

are just nearby the City Hall. Considering that the
parties to the document are VIPs in Quezon City, I relied
on the representations made by the presentor of the
document which I notarized in the City Legal Office
whre I used to work as a Legal Officer.

5. Q: Do you know the identity of the presentor of the

document?

A: No, Sir. I cannot remember the name but I am sure he is

from the Office of the Mayor because Ex-Mayor Arya
Stark was the incumbent mayor when I notarized the
document.

6. Q: For clarification, is Sansa Stark present when you

 notarized the SPA?

A: No, Sir.

7. Q: Furthermore, what can you say about the document of

Extra Judicial Settlement of the Heirs of Ned and
Catelyn Stark with waiver of rights purportedly signed
by Sansa Stark

A: I notarized such document. However, there are two

documents which appeared in my notarial register
bearing the Doc. No. 316, Page No. 64; Book No. VIII,
Series of 2009. One of the documents which I recognize
that I notarized and another document, wherein my
signature on the second(2rd) page was not true and
genuine.

8. Q: How did this happen?

A: I really notarized the first copy of the document. The

following morning, an employee of Ex-Mayor Arya Stark
presented another document asking me to replace the
document I previously notarized. I did not give in to the
request because that is not my practice to replace
already notarized documents even if upon the behest
of the prties.

9. Q: Can you tell us whether the second document

appeared in your notarial records?

A: I have it in my Notarial Records but I have no idea how

this document was inserted therein. Perhaps, I have
failed to review my records.

10. Q: For clarification, is Sansa Stark present when this

document was notarized?

A: No, Sir.

11. Q: Do you have anything more to say?

A: None.

I personally conducted the examination of Margaery Tyrell, of

163 Rosal St., Quezon City.

I faithfully recorded the questions I asked of her and the

corresponding answers she gave me; and neither I nor other persons
then present coached her regarding her answers.
