Mid Test

Supposed you are new teacher at School X after you have been recruited as a biology teacher, but
unfortunately you feel many things that do not fit with your emotion, personality, due to school climate is not
well managed. Moreover, after more than a month teaching, there has never been held a formal meeting
directed by school leader. Sometime, you are never asked by other teachers as a new one there, then you
start to think and try to tell us now what was actually happened at this school and why, so you have some
recommendations (how) prepared for report it to your school leader (use as many as school management
concepts when you answer what happened, why and how for that school case).

Final Test

Create your own school problem/s that you may find out or encounter when you are for the first month of
teaching task at a given school, then choose and implement one or two or more school management
concepts that you have learned and discussed during our class hours to solve your problem/s (no one will
have the same school problem/s).
