Evergreen Manor House Renovation
A New Ideal Spot for Weekend Getaways
(Haymarket, VA April 20, 2016) An open house of Evergreens manor will
welcome visitors on April 23rd, 2016 from 9 a.m to 2 p.m and 10 a.m to 4 p.m on April 24th, 2016. The 190-year-old manor house lies in Evergreen Country Club. It has been renovated to become a bed-and-breakfast inn in order to provide visitors with pleasant services and convenient facilities. Chuck Leopold, who has lived in Prince William County for a long time, invested $3.5 millions to save Evergreen Country Club from bankruptcy and bring its manor to life. About Evergreen Country Club Known as one of the finest golf spots in Northern Virginia since 1968, Evergreen Country Club is a member-owned country club offering good services at reasonable prices. With the investment of a new owner and the effort of constructor Mike Garcia, a house emptied for 50 years has now turned into an 11-room bed and breakfast to accommodate visitors during getaways. Evergreen Country Club also offers remarkable settings for wedding ceremonies, special events, and private parties for up to 200 seats. There is even an available van driving guests to these locations. With the renovation of this manor, visitors will be able to enjoy the club services after events and ceremonies end. The plan is that people never have to leave the campus, says Bryan Dolieslager, Evergreens General Manager.
