Factory Data Reset for BLU Dash 4.

To perform the Factory Data Reset on the BLU Dash 4.5, you will need to follow
these steps (please note that this will erase all the data, pictures and
videos save in the internal memory be sure to back these up first):

1 Menu Button (left of home button)

2 System Settings
3 Backup & Reset
4 Make sure Back up my data & Automatic Restore are checked
5 Factory Data Reset
6 Reset Phone

Hard Reset Via Recovery Mode for BLU Dash 4.5

We recommend you perform a hard reset on your device. To perform the Hard Reset
via the recovery mode on the BLU Dash 4.5, you will need follow these steps
(please note that this will erase all the data, pictures and videos save in
the internal memory be sure to back these up first):

1. Remove the battery and reinsert the battery

2. With the device powered off, press and hold down the Power Button &
Volume Up Button
3. On the next screen you should see a icon of a Android with a little triangle on
top. Press the Power Button
4. Use Volume Down button to highlight Wipe Data/Factory Reset and
select with Volume Up Button
5. Scroll down and select Yes by pressing the Volume Up Button
6. Highlight Reboot System Now and select by pressing down the Volume
Up Button
