1. Please advise the following Teachers, School Heads & other personnel
enlisted
in the enclosure to attend a meeting at the SDO Conference Hall, Schools
Division of Ilocos Sur, Bantay, Ilocos Sur on June 8, 2017 at 8:30 am.

2. Important matter relative to the Palarong Pambansa 2018-Bid shall be

discussed.

3. Administrative remedies shall be given to the classes left behind by the

teachers attending the conference.

4. Travel expenses of the participants shall be charged to MOOE/school funds

subject to usual accounting rules and regulations.
