This year the Team invited Dr. N.R.Parasuraman to showcase his talent in
Appreciating the Carnatic Music as a demonstration concert. Dr. N.R.Parasuraman
was accompanied by H.K.Narasimhamurthy for Violin, G.R.Ramanujam for
Mridangam and V.S.Ramesha for Morsing. The Team coordinated the event by
arranging all the mementos, setting up the stage, creating and printing banners etc.
The Team prepared the budget and all the other initiatives to conduct the
programme. Whole idea of the event is to appreciate the Carnatic music.

Name of the Event: International Human Resources Planning Conference

Role of the Committee in the Event: Organizing cultural event
On this event we had performed on classical, semi-classical & classical along with a
bit western touch. Our whole show went on up to 45 minutes. We all were blessed
on that day to meet respected Sir. Dr. D. Veerendra Heggade who was part of
conference. As a Kalanubhav committee we had responsibility to conduct cultural
event for an evening of 6th December as a part of showcasing our Indian culture and
our traditions to foreigners who were part of conference and even to students.

Role of the Committee in the Event: Organizing cultural event
The theme of IEC was Love towards Nationalism. All the students have given
performance on patriotic songs. Performances include both dance and singing on the
above theme. The team had performed for 50 minutes and the ended the event with
Vande Mataram. The event ended successfully and achieved its aim to convey a
message to always love, respect and show integrity towards your nation.
