Dear parents/guardians,

I Tobey Brizuela, am writing this to notify all parents and/or guardians that the format for report
cards have been modified due to changes in the school board system. The changes will not affect any of
the essential and crucial information included in the documents. The old format of past report cards will
now be unacceptable as a means of legitimacy. A sample of the newest form of report card can be
observed below:

The following is a reminder of important dates we have coming up soon:

1. March 30TH is Parent/Teacher Interview night. It begins at 6:00 p.m. and continues until 8:00
p.m. Information will be sent home on how to register on-line for an interview.
2. April 7th is the One Act Plays, performed in the evening by our students to make this a
memorable night for everyone.
3. April 17th is Easter Monday, a Christian holiday for our students. Kids will not be attending
school this day, classes will resume the next day.
4. April 21st is the annual spring coffee house. Featuring a night of live entertainment, as well as
baked goods and hot beverages. It begins at 7:00 p.m. and continues until 10 p.m.
5. April 28th is a Professional Activity Day and students will not be attending school this day.
Classes will resume on May 1st.

If there are any concerns regarding the new format of the report cards or any further clarification,
