Foreword
This operator's manual is intended as a guide for the safe and efficient use and
maintenance of the machine.
Therefore, carefully read and follow it before starting and operating the machine, or
before carrying out any preventive maintenance. Especially, give the most priority to
safety.
Keep the manual in the cab so that it is always at hand. Replace it immediately with
a new manual, if it is lost.
Many hours are spent on design and production to make a machine that is as
efficient and safe as possible. The accidents which occur in spite of this, are mostly
caused by the human factor. A safety conscious person and a well maintained
machine make a safe, efficient and profitable combination. Therefore, read the safety
instructions and follow them.
We continually strive to improve our products and to make them more efficient
through changes to their design. We retain the right to make these changes without
committing ourselves to introducing these improvements on products that have
already been delivered. We also retain the right to change data and equipment, as
well as instructions for service and maintenance without prior notice.
Unauthorized modifications of the machine may impair its function and/or safety and
affect machine life. In order to maintenance safe and efficient function, always use
Jun CS genuine spare parts.

1. Lubrication
Lubrication is an important part of preventive maintenance. The
service life of pins and rotating parts can be extended
considerably, if the machine is lubricated in a correct way.
Wipe off grease nipples and grease gun before greasing, so that
dirt and sand is not introduced through the grease nipples.
Also, grease the bearing until new, clean grease is forced out
through the outer seal.
Greasing intervals
2 points of jaw pin : every 2 hours
2 points of cylinder pin : every 2 hours
2 points of rotating parts : daily or every 2 hours
