Resolving VantagePoint Excel Add-in Issues

1. Make sure that no other Add-ins are enabled other than the Incuity one. The PI add-ins tend to
conflict and can be disabled at this time.

2. Assuming Excel version is 2007, open Excel, click on the Office button, and select Excel Options.

Go to the Manage drop down box, select the Disabled Items, and then click on the Go button

If the Incuity Addin is in the list go ahead and enable it.

If the above steps did not resolve the issue, proceed with these steps:

3. Go to Add-ins option

Go to the Manage drop down box, select the Excel Add-Ins, and then click on the Go button

Find Incuity.Functions, highlight it and click on the Automation button

Find Incuity.Functions Class in the list and click OK
A prompt window appears asking to replace the existing one, select Yes.

If the above steps did not resolve the issue, proceed with these steps:

4. Open the registry (regedt32 from Start > Run) and check the following keys for the values listed
below.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins\IncuityAddInShim.Connect
- Value should be set to 3

- Value should be set to 0
