ISSUE: 20170612 - Re It is our constitution, stupid - The Enemy within, etc & the constitution

As a CONSTITUTIONALIST my concern is the true meaning and application of the

constitution.
Much is written about Jews, Muslim, Christians, etc, how they cause death and destruction but
our real problems originate not from our constitution but despite of our constitution by the
Enemy within. It are the politicians and the judges who I view are the TRAITORS upon the
constitution and so upon the People. If politicians were more concerned about the peace,
order and good government rather than their own political survival to end up part of a
millionaires club on leaving parliament and judges were more concerned about their oath of
Office then about possible future promotions, etc, we might just possibly have a society that
respect the rule of law.
In Melbourne 3 youths who did an armed robbery pistol wiping a jeweller and stealing a
reported $100,000.ven community service, having had Victoria Legal Aid free Legal Aid
lawyers while the about $100,000.00 heist has not been recovered. This is what breed career
criminals where crime does pay!
We had an influx of well-trained child killers and well we are now paying the price for this.

because one would be a complete idiot/moron to hold that somehow all different countries

For the Commonwealth of Australia it was an unconstitutional murderous invasion in violation to
Section 24AA of the Crimes Act (Cth), this as the Governor-General never published in the
Gazette a Declaration of War naming Iraq. This was why I pursued a Section 5(v) of the
constitution application but the judges of the High Court of Australia refused to accept it on 4
occasions for filing. Last time on 19 March 2003!

To hold that the intelligent services of each country somehow were underfunded is absurd. As
Colin Powell makes clear he didnt do his job he should have done and the same is with the
Commonwealth of Australia. Then again already in July 2002 the Australian army was in Tampa,
Florida preparing for an invasion. As such, the rhetoric was to invade and make the
intelligence to serve that purpose. This underlines the danger of secrecy of intelligence services
where it can and is often merely fabrication of what it desires to serve the political masters
intentions. And why do we have a political opposition who goes along with such dangerous
unconstitutional murderous invasion instead of doing their job to scrutinise if only for the sake of
citizens?

There is a difference between following and acting upon a religion versus applying Christian
standards. One doesnt have to practice any religion but still apply the Christian values such as

I oppose any killing of a human being but having served in the armed forces in NATO about 50
years ago and trained in chemical, biological and nuclear weapons and considering todays
ability to purchase for about $35 a drone to deliver a special parcel of biological/chemical items.

Well, it seems to me with all the so called terrorism legislation what I wrote ab out terrorism still
is possible and no one would be the wiser for it until it is too late, if they survive that is.
When after 16 years of writing this book (it was actually written in June 2001, before Sept 11,
but not published until 2002, albeit parts had been published on the Internet in 2001) the terrorist
plot can still be invoked despite all the mountain of so called terrorism legislation then surely it
underlines we seem to have incompetent politicians in the Parliament/Government.
Perhaps, if someone or some organisation were to implement a pre-emptive strike against a
Parliament we might just get finally some sensible response, and no doubt many may just hold
Good riddance to those politician s no longer in our midst who so to say got some of their
own medicine. When I can go to a store and purchase in excess of 50 simcards without any
records being kept, then you can record any mobile phone, but computers use simcards also. And
one can essentially register the usage of a simcard freely under any identity if one knows the
required details.
IT IS OUR CONSTITUTION, STUPID THE ENEMY IS WITHIN.
Again, I oppose the killing of any person but can UNDERSTAND that others can elect to use
the pre-emptive strike principle the politicians so much have sought to justify for their own
unconstitutional murderous invasion and kill others as collateral damage mantra.

cream parlour in Iraq visiting her grandfather that this is why Australia is fighting Islamic State.
Islamic State is the by-product of the unconstitutional murderous invasion into Iraq and one must
stoop very low to use the death of a 12 year old Melbourne girl as some twisted political mantra
being conveyed.
Our enemies are the politicians and judiciary who undermine and obstruct the true
meaning and application of the legal principles embedded in our constitution.
