This letter is written in support of Allison Malm to become and educator in your district. I have
had the opportunity to work with Allison during her student teaching experience at regal
elementary: teaching kindergarten through 6th grade as well as Adaptive Physical Education
classes. I have witnessed her growth as an educator, a leader and a professional. Through her
student teaching experience, Allison has displayed a strong work ethic by continually striving to
meet the instructional needs of all learners.

During her student teaching experience, I found Allison to be flexible and attentive to the needs
of the students when planning and developing lessons and units. Allison takes the time to know
her students as individuals and build appropriate progressions that focus on building skills while
allowing students to obtain key game like practice. Throughout Ms. Malms student teaching
experience, she learned how to be proactive in her approach to discipline, organization of
students, activities, and physical environment. She built great work relationships with students,
classroom teachers, and staff at Regal Elementary.

It is in my belief that Allison Malms character, work ethic, dedication and leadership capabilities
will make her a wonderful addition to any learning community and will represent your school
