WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

That I, RONNIE B. CUTAMORA, married to MARITES G. CUTAMORA,
Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of Sto. Danat, Bgy. Manlag, El Nido,
Palawan, is the lawful owner/occupant/possessor of a certain unregistered
parcel of land with an area of SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED (7600)
SQUARE METERS situated at Sitio Danat, Bgy. Manlag, El Nido, Palawan
bounded as follows:
South: DECKY LIM North: MANGROOVE
West: JUDIE PARCORSA East: DECKY LIM
That I do hereby waive, convey and transfer all my rights and
improvements found thereon and thereby relinquished all my rights and
participation over the above described parcel of land unto SPS. EDUARDO
LORENZO and EVELYN E. LORENZO, both of legal age, Filipino, and a
resident of Bgy. Corong Corong, El Nido, Palawan.
That I warrant a peaceful possession of spouses, SPS. EDUARDO
LORENZO and EVELYN E. LORENZO, their heirs and assigns over the said
parcel of land encumbrances and shall protect their rights and interest against
unlawful claims of any interested third persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our signature this May 1,
2017 at El Nido, Palawan, Philippines.
