The observed class was not what we are looking for in this assignment, although I am sure from your comments that you gained valuable insight from the task. Its
much better to observe an actual ESL/EFL lesson than what is essentially a teaching demonstration by a teacher to student teachers. Your objective was quite good
and met all criteria. The observation notes lacked detail - I want to get a sense of how the teacher set up each activity, grouping, directions, etc. without having to
go watch the video myself. The discussion was good and clear, but lacked a reference to support your claims as per the instructions - reference does not mean
linking the video you watched.
