Peace Treaty

Whereas Tom Cat and Jerry Mouse are resolved that from this day on their relations shall be of civilized
animals , as equals, work together to benefit the welfare of one another and uphold peace in the house, and through legal
binding, a Treaty of Peace will outline terms and agreements to end their destructive rivalry in a ceasefire;

Tom Cat and Jerry Mouse have therefore come together to forge this Treaty of Peace, and have
personally agreed to the subsequent terms and conditions:
Article 1
The state of rivalry between Jerry Mouse and Tom Cat is henceforth dissolved from the date on which the Treaty
takes effect between the two individuals.
Article 2
Tom Cat hereby accepts to refrain from any malicious actions towards Jerry Mouse; these actions include the
following but are not limited to: consumption of Jerry Mouse in salads, sandwiches, soups, and any other recipes that
include Jerry Mouse as an ingredient; poisoning Jerry Mouse; slicing or cutting Jerry Mouse into tiny mouse
pieces; hitting Jerry Mouse with paws, claws, weapons, and/or pianos with the intent to harm or kill; enslavement of
Jerry Mouse for pleasure and/or utility.
Article 3
Jerry Mouse hereby accepts to refrain from any malicious actions towards Tom Cat; these actions include the
following but are not limited to: placing Tom Cats tail in a waffle iron and making a cat tail waffle; disrupting Tom
Cats beauty sleep by impalement of a sharp object; robbery of Tom Cats food; sabotaging Tom Cats chances of
acquiring a female acquaintance; inflation of Tom Cat into a feline balloon; disruption of performances by Tom Cat
and any subsequent forms of harassment.
Article 4
Tom Cat and Jerry Mouse agree to share provisions when such provisions are low; these provisions include but are
not limited to: milk, cheese, and pieces of meat that obviously look way too good to be real.
Article 5
Tom Cat and Jerry Mouse will cooperate for the welfare of the human(s) that have, knowingly or unknowingly,
graced them with a home and provisions.
Article 6
Any violations of the Treaty will be met with disciplinary consequence bestowed by an unbiased third-party, hereby
named Spike the Dog, and the dissolution of the Treaty in its entirety.
The following signatures confirm the agreement between both individuals, Tom Cat and Jerry Mouse, and bind
them legally to the conditions of this Treaty of Peace.
