INVITATION FOR BID

Mesfin Industrial Engineering PLC (MIE) intends to develop an Engineering and Manufacturing Complex
(EMC) in Ethiopia, Tigray, Mekelle City. This manufacturing complex will be equipped with latest
technology of manufacturing machineries and equipment. In this connection MIE, invites sealed tenders/bids
from reputed and reliable manufacturers or through its Authorized agents for manufacture, supply, FOB
delivery, testing and commissioning of machineries and equipment as per the Technical requirements
enclosed at Part-B of the bid document.

The complete tender document is attached with the enquiry.

1) Bid-offers must be submitted by wax-sealed envelopes marked Technical Offer & Financial
Offer for the machinery & equipment, to the address up to .; 2:00 pm.
2) The bid will be opened on at 2:00p.m at Mekelle Head Office, Training Hall in the presence of
bidders or commercial representatives who are interested to attend. However, if the document is
complied with all the stated requirements, tender can be opened in the absence of bidders.
