ANSWER TO COMPLAINT

Now comes Defendant, COUNTY OF ADAMS, by its attorneys, Schmiedeskamp,

Robertson, Neu & Mitchell LLP, and for its Answer to Plaintiffs' Complaint hereby states as

follows:

1. Defendant denies the allegations contained within this paragraph.

2. Defendant admits that Plaintiff was held in the Hancock County Jail. Defendant

has insufficient information or knowledge to either admit or deny the remaining allegations

contained within this paragraph and therefore denies same.
