ALAMID MEMBER GUIDELINES

FOR LOCAL DISTRIBUTORS

ALAMID THREE BLENDS :

Qualifications

1. Filipino citizen

2. DTI / SEC registered business in the Philippines

3. Physical outlet / store / shop in the Philippines

Fees :

1. New distributor outlets : one- time registration fee : Php 1,000

2. Annual membership dues : Php 1,000 yearly renewable

Benefits :

1. Local distributor outlets will have discounted prices of Coffee Alamid and an Alamid
Member picture card will be issued and shipped to the outlet address .

2. Local distributor outlets may sell Coffee Alamid both as merchandise and beverage
products. Coffee Alamid will be allowed to be sold as beverage iff local
distributor outlet has an espresso machine (minimum requirement), Bialetti,
siphon , or coffee press . Training on preparation of Coffee Alamid may be
arranged with Bote Central office . If distributor outlet has no available espresso
machine or other machine abovementioned , only Coffee Alamid merchandise
product will be allowed for sale

3. Local distributor outlets will be given credit terms , on a case-to-case basis .

4. Local distributor outlets will be provided marketing collaterals and their store names/
location will be included in Coffee Alamid website (www.arengga.com ) to help
promote Coffee Alamid in the distributor’s outlet .

5. Local distributor outlets will be informed of any news/ updates/ freebies, etc.

Procedures & Responsibilities :

1. Site locations of new applicants for local distributor outlets will be checked and
assessed by Bote Central .
.
2. We will only get limited number of accredited outlets - preferably one outlet per area.

3. Local distributor outlets will only give an Alamid member discounted price to Alamid
members only . The one global price policy should be strictly implemented at point
of sale.

4. However, local distributor outlets will be allowed one (1) kilo PREROGATIVE non-
member DISCOUNT sales per month at his own price and discretion.

5. Local distributor outlets may accept walk-in applications for membership, with
processing and approval to be done by Bote Central head office.

6. Distributor outlets will honor individual members’ privileges & benefits as per guidelines
from Bote Central head office.

7. Cumulative minimum order per Local Distributor is 12 kilos per year and maximum
order is five (5) kilos per month . Special arrangements can be made should Local
Distributor require more than five (5) kilos .

8. Local distributor’s performance will be assessed and evaluated on a yearly basis.

9. Above prices subject to change with prior due notice .

10. Bote Central reserves the right to cancel / terminate membership of Local Distributors .
