Our thinking and imagination have its own limitation. From there,
everything for us, acts as mystery. To achieve that unknown knowledge
remains goal of sadhak and this way we slowly move forward from our
unawareness. Whatever is further then our knowledge, the things which we
do not know, we title them as mystery and from the same place only our
journey toward knowledge starts. This is fact that in this journey
duration sadhak starts realizing that whatever he understood as
knowledge was not even a drop of an ocean. The development took place
in the mind about the power of imagination, it owns a limitation. And
from the same limit human cannot even think too. But universe consist
billions of time more knowledge than human can think. Todays science
too after several experiments accepts that there are so many questions
which do not have the answers. But our ancient sages had solved such
mysteries before thousands of years with the help of various sadhana
processes. And with continuous research they presented knowledge
regarding several mysteries. But with the time we ignored it. One of
such mystery is sukshm jagat or astral world. Sthool jagat or material
world is one in which we are living. But many such jagat or worlds are
merged with this sthool jagat. Sukshm jagat is also part of this sthool
jagat where there is no bhoomi tatva or base metal earth. The way water
is mixed with milk but we cannot see it; but if we understand the
techniques to see separation of milk and water atoms we can easily
understand it. Same goes with existence of the sukshma jagat which is
merged with sthool jagat. If we somehow develop the power to
differentiate about these both, we can understand many secrets and
mysteries. Rather it may be about existence of various souls or it is
about existence of other worlds. Or it may be about various jagat and
their residence and about being aware of their living methods. Or it may
be about watching astral or secret place. These all things are possible.
For these, in our country many methods had remained famous including
tatv vigyan, tantra vigyan, anu vigyan. But most famous processes were
yog tantric processes. The reason behind this may be that the processes
are easy and comfortable. With this in comparison these processes takes
lesser time daily then others. Actually these processes are results of
several hundred years research. Such processes had already been
discusses in aavahan series previously. Process in relation to enter
astral world or sukshm jagat is being given here. For this process best
time is bramh muhurta. It is better for sadhak to practice anulomvilom
and bhastrika pranayam with their comfort possible level. When bhastrika
gets completed one should close both the eyes and should do trataka
process internally in-between both the eyes for one hour while chanting
the mantra given below.

After process sadhak will start looking a long light at that place.
Sadhak will move ahead in that light and will experience miles of long
depth of his own internal space. While moving ahead in practice one will
have several divine experiences. And time while sadhak will clearly be
able to see sukshm jagat. If this divine practice is applied regularly
one can enter in the sukshm jagat in just few days and can contact
livings of there.

The good fortune is any sadhak is on peak when he himself see the Viraat
Swarup of his Saadguru by his own eyes, our soul could see his brahma
rup, imbibe it in our life. Thats the only wish. Here Bramha means
to understand our own internal form, to get introduce. And with that
knowledge fathom the secrets of life. Via which activating the energy of
Kundalini reached upto Agya Chakra and passing it reached at the highest
peak of body i.e. sahastrar and feels and equally realize the state and
he ends up the process. But this happiness can be discover only by two
ways
Activation of Kundalini and taking Kundalini to agya chaktra crossing
all other chakras and reaching upto the Sahastraar.
Or requesting into the holy feets of Sadguru and earning very
secretive *Brhmatva Guru Mantra *from him, only with that Shakti one can
reach to its highest in this marital life also.
First way is very difficult and it continuously needs practice and
guidance. Most of the times whole life can go for activating only one
chakra so dont ask for whole kundalini activation approx. time. But the
second way is most effective and successful way, in which Sadgurus
power is taken as support and shishya easily reached upto the sahastrar
level. After crossing Agya chakra he gets the knowledge which is known
as *Universal Secrets (Brahma Rahasya).* And then he is able to see
all the time viraat swarup of his sadguru. Then after there is no place
of requesting mode in sadhaks life, rather he accompanies the nature
with same level. In that way for Sadhak nothing remains impossible.
You can start this sadhna on Sadguru Sanyas Day or any Thursday of
Mahendra Kaal.
In this Sadhna only one thing which you should keep in mind i.e. Before
and after of Mool Mantra *11-11 rosaries guru mantra* are must and in
mid of it *51 rosaries*, along with that keep in mind that you should
finish it on Friday early morning time i.e. Bramha Mahurt. This is 14
days sadhna followed with all general instructions with daily guru pujan
too. And sadgurudev himself express their Viraat swarup and aware us
with the universal secrets. With the same feeling proceed for sadhna
with Sphatik (crstal) rosary. Clothes and Asana should be of white
color. On small table place the Guru Picture, Guru Paaduka and the
yantra used in Shaktipaat Saadhna. Produce similar yantra and complete
the sadhna with same procedure as before.

namah*.
In between of sadhna sadhaks meditation happens automatically. And

various dreams become visible which are related to his past and future,
these are deeply related to our present life. Gradually you are able to
grab the meaning of those dreams and certain point of time about
whomsoever you think of and chant the mantra for 108 times and sheer
closed eyes with concentration, all the activities of that person
appears as picture.

When Disciple became curious to release his lack of knowledge state
and requests to sadgurudev, then his requests is been listen and Sadguru
proceed some thought processing to vanish his lack of knowledge.
Actually this knowledge is never been casual to any one, because after
achieving any type of knowledge he actually gets the notion of
destroying it. Knowledge fire zeal only prepares the base for shaktipaat
procedure. This can be understood by this way if any farmer sows seeds
in farms, but before sowing, first he cultivate and plough the land.
There after he starts the sowing of seeds later which converts into huge
trees. The hidden form of knowledge in seed became in future tree.
Exactly same case with us whatever seeds inside us is cultivated by
Sadguru and ultimate after his hard efforts we became tree. By Sadgurus
meditational powers and energy the universal knowledge get established
in us. This all happens just because of his infinite endless love and
kindliness for us in his heart. This means he sows the seed, where after
sheer support of mantra jap shishya get success in his wishes.
The Shaktipaat are of 3 types :-
*Mand*
*Madhyam*
*Teevra*
Dont go by the sheer name of it. (Because there are 6-6 sub secrets of
it, as of now whose discussion is not in intended. That secret
discussion might be taken some other time) rather its more important to
understand that Shaktipaat is that process which helps to excrete the
filthy thoughts in us and cultivates the seeds by sowing in us to
enlighten the light of purity. It means as much dark and strong layer of
our past life impacts had been engrossed in our mind that much powerful
process have been used to remove the effects by sadguru which is
possible only by transferring his hard meditational power and energy via
Shaktipaat.
And this becomes so important when Shishya is enabling to understand the
knowledge is given by Sadguru and his mind is not free from
suspiciousness. In that case capable guru directly transfers the light
of knowledge by eyesight, speech or by touch, in resultant the filthy
layer of external eyes and mind gets disappeared and then he has been
acquainted with the ultimate truth of life which is again lead by
Sadguru. Today we considered the holy book ShrimadBhagwat Gita as most
inspirational book but after listening completely, still the question
remains as it is that does Arjun understood it properly? Does he become
instant ready to face the war? Answer is NO because at that time he was
not having the light of knowledge is not just his driver or friend but
also mentor of the world who is worshipped by whole world. Arun didnt
understand the hidden divine sentences meaning of Gita. Basically
however the Shastras and Tantra Granthas had been written and expressed
in three forms of Shlokaas
*Abheedaa*
*Lakshanaa*
*Vyanjanaa*
And for normal Sadhak this is quiet difficult to understand the depth of
these shlokas. At that time even Arjun was also not able to understand
it amd no other solution left apart giving Shaktipaat remained with
Shree Krishna. The talks which Arjun was not able to get since long and
lots of efforts, mere by shaktipaat he embibed it instantly so easily
smoothly. Thenafter whatever happened we are welaware about it.
Is shaktipaat is sufficient for a sadhak to realise his wishes, Answer
is 'No' even after having shaktipaat diksha the sadhak's life doesnt
remain pure. In his daily routine life he is full of falsehood, impure
food and dirty notions and in such condition the shaktipaat energy given
by Sadguru reduces day by day. This reduces only becase of our Karmas,
likewise in mud pot there are infinite minute wholes which are not seen
by lamed eyes. When we fill it with water but after some time the water
level gets on reducing manner and ultimate it again becomes empty. It
means time on time if we doesnt fill with water then it would get dry.
For keeping it wet the water supply shouldnt be stop. After getting
Shaktipaat Sadhak should lead his life very carefully and support of
sadhna is must. And if he doesnt do sadhna, slowly slowly the
shaktipaat energy disappears. And this is also a truth, the shaktipaat
process by universal power holders is already been started from
beginning and at todays date too but it is quite slow and minute that
we dont realize it. Therefore if you want to conserve the impact of
shaktipaat in you, then the Shaktipaat Siddhi Saadhna is the only
solution. Then only you can imbibe the impacts which have been done in
past and also at present done by Siddhaashrams Mahayogis upon you. This
is a wonderful and secret process which really rare.
On any Monday you can start with this sadhna in Bramha mahurt (early
morning auspicious time) Cloths and asana should be white in color.
Clean and bath yourself and then be seated, establish the ashtagandha
yukta yantra on small table covered with white cloth. Put some rice in
middle of it and then light the butter lamp. Place Sadguru picture
behind the yantra and place the Guru paduka and guru yantra before the
small table. Then take some water in palm and pray to Sadgurudev *Oh
my revered Sadgurudevji with due respect I would like to say something,
since first birth to this birth, whichever dikshas you have transmitted
in me, it should get resume in me forever for that purpose Im pursuing
this sadhna. I just want your permission and blessings.* Then as per
instruction do worship guru paduka, guru pujan as u do on daily basis.
About Panchopchaar Pujan process already been told in previous article.
Then with *New Crystal Rosary (Navin Sphatik Mala*) do 16 rosaries
gurumantra and 24 rosaries* Poorna Shaktipaat Siddhi Mantra* jap.

This should be done for seven consecutive days, Light the lamp in sadhna
period only. Not needed on continuity (Akhand) follow all general
instruction same as any sadhna. On last day after chanting wear that
rosary for 40 days while worshipping time and after place it again at
puja place. Repeat it every day till 40 days. While in sadhna period
sudden hotness would arise in body, body heat would increase so increase
your milk intake. Body pain will be there as the astral form of
Shaktipaats sharp energy flows drastically in each cell of our body.
Facial glow would increase day by day. Eyes would become more attractive
and effective. You only can experience the after effects of this sadhna.

are automatically managed for you

A Sound Mind Lives In a Sound Body it means fit body is honored as one
of the most important assets of this entire world because without it we
wont be able to enjoy other luxuries of our life and it is our body
which helps us to be solidify on our altar i.e. called aasn.
Aasan is what??? Actually it is a means which helps us to enjoy physical
comfort, stability of heart and mind so that we can attain our divine
destination. Generally if you are able to sit in a single posture
without any waving in your and mind than it is called aasan. Saint
Patanjali defines and explains this procedure through Yogdarshan and in
that too he ranks this process at third position but this process got
more sophistication by the changed Shhdangyog divine sidh-mandalies of
Nath Sect because in it Guru Gorakhnath regarded this aasan process the
first step of success and ranks it at number one position. It means a
person who is unable to make his grip strong on his aasan that can never
ever have success in the field of sadhnaa. I have already explained this
issue in the series of Shvetbindu-Raktbindu that during meditation or
sadhnaa if a person moves his body or changes his sitting posture during
mantra jaap than it is quite obvious that with his position his spinal
will too change its direction and that is wrong as when spinal changes
its position then with her it changes the position of our chakras too
and not stop here with the changed position of spinal Mooladhaar and
Swadhishthaan chakras releases negative energy and this negative energy
causes erotic desires in saadhak and he started suffering from the
problems as Night fall, Prader, Prameh and all that..
Stability on aasan and fit body these two things are basic requirements
for success in sadhnaa because without it, it is impossible to make your
mind constant as when a saadhak can seated for a long time without any
moment on his aasan then the power of Japaah Japaat Sidhibhervaet
comes into life and when this position can attain then it is dead sure
that he can get what he wants.
But let me remember you that it is not as easy as it sounds because with
ill body no-one can get his/her aasan permanent stable but do not forget
that if once you will attain this position then nobody can dare to stand
between you and your success. Sadgurudev himself told that it fit body
is a fundamental requirement for success in sadhnaa then to have fit and
fine body it is very important to do Divya Deh Sidhi Sadhnaa as this
sadhnaa will open the door for the further step i.e. called aatam sidhi.
Deh sidhi sadhnaa is a collective form of six different procedures and
that are-
Control over mind- during sadhnaa one should keep his mind charged with
positive energy..and there should be no thought of failure.
Control over aasan- during sadhnaa one should not depend upon the
counting of rosary as keep on sitting until or unless you can.
Control over eyes- during in or out duration of sadhnaa there must not
be cheap or baseless emotions should flow into your eyes..one should
keep his eyes focused on the accessories of sadhnaa so that your inner
soul can absorb their qualities.
Controlled breathe- during mantra jaap there must be a deadly
combination between the inhaling and exhaling process as your
respiration speed depends upon the length and shortness of mantra as in
different mantra different type of respiration system used.
Control over body i.e. Adhobhaag Niyantran- how much time you can sit in
a single posture during sadhnaa it all depends upon your back and legs
so you should pay special attention on this portion.
Control over five basic elements of body i.e. Panchbhootatmak Niyantran-
if one comes to know that how he can increase or decrease the quantity
of five basic elements i.e. water, fire, air, sky and earth, of his body
then easily he can make his body suitable for the environment of his
surrounding then slowly- slowly his body gets itself free from external
and internal diseases and finally becomes pure.
After all these procedures body becomes suitable for sadhnaas as without
this purity there is no use of doing any type of sadhnaa.
But the disturbing fact is that in this present scenario when everything
is polluted, mall nourished to have perfect body is just like dream but
with the help of Divya Deh Sidhi sadhnaa we can have an ideal body. Once
while speaking about this sadhnaa Sadgurudev explained that in the field
of sadhnaa this procedure is invented by Bhramrishi Vishwamitra ji which
include all 6 procedure in it with collective energy of Maya Beej,
Kaali Beej and Mrityunjay Beej which are systematically arranged in a
single thread and only by enchanting of it divine natural universal
power starts entering in sadhaks body and when this happens all the pit
falls get vanishes from his soul and with pure heart, mind and body he
gets lost in his sadhnaas.
If we talk about the quality of divines and purity then without any
doubt the first name which comes into our mind is Mercury (parad) so in
this sadhnaa too the most important useable things are Parad Shivling
and Panchmukhi Rudrakshh. This sadhnaa can be started on any Monday or
Thursday and in other accessories sun rising time, white clothe and
North direction is already decided.
For this sadhnaa one should gets up at early morning and take bath.
After bathing he should offer water as divine offering to the sun and
gets his blessings for success. Then in your sadhnaa room be seated on
white altar and in front of you on wooden slab spread white cloth and
put picture of Sadgurudev on it. On the left side of picture put supari
in the form of Lord Ganesha. After that make two heaps of rice in front
of Sadgurudevs photo and then lit a lamp (Deepak) of cows ghee on the
heap of your left side. Remember in front of Sadgurudevs photo there
must be two heaps of rice similarly in front of supari ,which we has
been taken as Lord Ganesha , there must be as much place that a copper
bowl with half liter water can be placed there and on right side place
oil lamp(Deepak). When all this done then in front of Ganpati ji put
copper bowl and in it make a circle with raktchandan and in that circle
write Hroum and then placed Parad Shivling and Rudrakshh on it. After
this you need to do Ganpati Poojan, Guru Poojan and Shivling Poojan with
panchopchaar procedure or as per your capacity and then enchant 11
rosary of Guru Mantra. Further while speaking OM (11 times) take water
from that copper bowl (in which Ganga jal is already mixed) with the
help of small tea spoon and offer that water on Shivling while speaking
Divya Deh Sidhi Mantra. Carry on this procedure for 14 days and it will
take just an hour. Remember you have to do Upanshu Jap and that water
which you offer to Shivling, use that water during your bath on next day.
Divya Deh Sidhi Mantra-

After 14 days place Shivling at your poojan place and rudraksh at Kaali
or Durga Temple with some alms. After this you need to enchant this
mantra 21 times daily. It is just because of our revered Sadgurudev that
we still have these types of secret sadhnaas so to achieve success in
sadhnaas firstly get rid of your short-comings as it is only with
healthy body we can make our aasan capacity as much solid and durable as
we want.
