Greencrete Materials Sdn. Bhd. (Co. No. 1205888-A) was established in 19th October, 2016
and specializes in the wholesale of Industrialised Building System (IBS) materials in Sarawak
by offering quality locally manufactured Industrialised Building System (IBS).

It is our firm belief that the Industrialised Building System (IBS) is the future of the local
construction industry. In answering the call of the Federal Government of Malaysia and the
State Government of Sarawak to modernise the construction sector in the country, our mission

Greencrete Materials carries two major products tailored to different markets and needs,
namely the Seamaster Lightweight boards and CKYIBS bricks and blocks.

These lightweight boards are ideal when load bearing

characteristics are not required, and when road access
to the construction site is hindered.

These boards can be carried by hand and installed in a

matter of hours.

Their highly flat surfaces means only thin plastering is

needed for achieving desirable surface finishing.

Where road access isnt an issue, such as for urban projects,

the CKYIBS Bricks and Blocks are ideal since their appearance
and characteristics resemble the traditional red brick.

Both bricks and blocks, sporting their patented tongue and

groove system, are designed for rapid construction work that
reduces the need for in-situ reinforced concrete casting.

When load bearing walls are needed, the blocks can be used
for buildings up to 5 storeys. As for infill walls, the bricks are used.

Greenscan IBS Lightweight Solid Wall Panel System, a complete solution for building construction of
an Industrialized Building System (IBS). Ideal for both below-and above -grade building construction
projects with improved site cleanliness and safety, our system is 100% free from asbestos or sepiolote.

Our "One-Day Quick-Fix Wall-Panelling System" ensures a superior solution that delivers cost-effective,
high-performance wall-panelling structures in relation to conventional mortar work and high walls,
where there is no need for additional plastering, skim coating, residual alkalinity or efflorescence.

Greenscan Lightweight Wall Panel system is designed with tongue and groove jointing systems for
easy assembly. The panel provides exceptional dimensional stability and an unrivalled resistance to
movement due to effects of moisture or heat.

When subject to fire attack above 1200C, the panel wall provides fire resistance up to 3.5 hours
depending on the thickness without losing integrity and insulation and will not emit toxic gas.
The panel is immune to insect and will not support fungal growth and is unaffected by sunlight or
steam. The system will not degrade with time and within normal application, the life of the product is
limited only by the durability of the building.

Greenscan Lightweight Solid Wall Panel system is off white in colour and has a high quality smooth
finish on both faces.

These lightweight panels carries the following seal of approval & certifications:
 The panels comprises of 5 mm thick fiber cement /
calcium silicate board facings with lightweight
concrete mixer of Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC),
expanded polystyrene bead aggregates (EPS),
as well as other admixtures.

The smooth finishing of the fiber cement board

allows the lightweight panel to receive almost any
type of wall finishes - marble, granite, ceramic and
soft tiles, wall paper and ordinary painting.

The manufacturing process, including mixing and

casting, are fully automated by a central
processor to ensure repeatability and
quality.

CKYIBS Bricks are regular standardized bricks made to creater
flatter and more even surface finishes for your buildings. Our Low cost, rapid and
bricks are created so that quality and finish can be consistently and easy installation
maintained via a unique tongue and grove technology that creates
straighter walls with consisten form, width and texture, no matter
the environment.

Material wastage is minimized with the CKYIBS system, allowing
for greater savings all-round. The simplicity of the CKYIBS system Water and weather

wall/building with minimal and fast training provided on site or at

Due to the evenness of the completed wall, a plaster finish is not certified by Bomba
required for internal walls and a professional looking finish can
be achieved with just a 5 mm skim coat. External walls only
require a thin layer (~8 mm) of plaster. Eliminates use of beam

 Bricks Installation
Like the familiar red brick, a stretcher/running bond
formation is recommended for our bricks.

For strong bonding, use:

1 part tile adhesive to 1 part cement
in between bricks and courses.

Only the tongue and groove

faces needs to be dipped
minimally in the said
mortar mixture.

In between courses, spread a thin layer

of the mortar mix. The thickness of mortar
required is significantly less as compared
to traditional red brick construction thanks
to the tongue and groove interlock.

Every 4th course, insert a dowel bar per the illustration

on the left.
Rebars should be introduced at every 30 m lengths
of the wall as well.

To finish off, a thin skim coat of 5 mm for internal

wall, or 8 mm plastering for external is applied.

As with any construction, the foundation needs to be
properly levelled. This is especially important since the
tongue and groove system locks the blocks tightly.

Like bricks, a stretcher

bond layout is the
recommended
method.

The first course should be allowed to set for 24 hours before

laying the subsequent courses.

A conventional 1 cement : 3 sand mortar is used to bond the blocks.

At every 7th course, or at

half wall height, rebars are
introduced at column and
stiffener areas. Fill with voids
with concrete and proceed
laying subsequent courses.
