AGREEMENT

This Agreement made in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, this 13th day of March 2017
between DEDICACION FABROS, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Limmansangan,
Narvacan, Ilocos Sur hereinafter called the First Party, and GILBERT C. BAPTISTA, of legal age,
Filipino and a resident of Barangay Sulvec, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur hereinafter called the Second
Party.

Witnesseth that the parties have agreed to the following:

That the Second Party fully acknowledged that he is indebted to the First Party in the
amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP250,000.00).

That since the Second Party receives a monthly pension which commensurate with the
agreed monthly payment of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS, the Second Party shall use the same as
monthly payment, under the following terms and conditions, to wit:

1. That the payment of the debt shall commence to run from the month of April 2017 and
shall end until fully paid;
2. That the bank book where the monthly pension shall be left under the custody of the
First Party where she shall get the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP30,000.00) and the remaining amount shall be taken by the Second Party;
3. That in case the Second Party passed away and the obligation is still existing, such
obligation shall be assumed by his wife.

Filipino and a resident of Barangay Sulvec, Narvacan, Ilocos Sur hereinafter called the Second
Party.

Witnesseth that the parties have agreed to the following:

That the Second Party fully acknowledged that he is indebted to the First Party in the
amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP150,000.00).

That since the Second Party receives a monthly allotment which commensurate with the
agreed monthly payment of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS, the Second Party shall use the same as
monthly payment, under the following terms and conditions, to wit:

1. That the payment of the debt shall commence to run from the month of April 2017 and
shall end until fully paid;
2. That the bank book where the monthly pension shall be left under the custody of the
First Party where she shall get the amount of TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS
(PHP20,000.00) and the remaining amount shall be taken by the Second Party;
3. That in case the Second Party passed away and the obligation is still existing, such
obligation shall be assumed by his husband.
